Unbiased Justice for Casa Grande
You deserve a court where your voice is the priority. As a 3rd-generation resident and trained mediator, I believe in the fundamental American principle that the gavel and the badge must remain separate. I’m running to bring a fresh, unbiased approach to the bench, beholden only to the law and the people of Pinal County.

About Dean Dill
I have stood in the Casa Grande Justice Court as a victim, and I understand the frustration of feeling like your voice isn't being heard.
I don’t view our citizens as "less fortunate" subjects, I view you as my neighbors. I’m a neighbor just like you, who doesn’t believe I’m better or less than anyone else. I’m not a career politician, I am a lifelong resident and small business owner who believes in fair justice. My business experience and training in Conflict Resolution through the Arizona Attorney General’s Office have prepared me to lead with empathy and impartiality.
I’m not a career enforcer; I am a professional resolver.

Guiding Principles
Resolution First
A Mediator’s Mindset for the People’s Court
While some are trained to build cases, I am trained to resolve them. My background in Arizona Attorney General’s Office mediation training emphasizes the importance of fair settlements and common-sense solutions over unnecessary conflict. By focusing on resolution, the Justice Court can serve as a place for answers, not just arguments, saving neighbors time and stress while upholding the law.
Separation of Powers
Preserving the Line Between Enforcement and Justice
It is a fundamental principle that the gavel and the badge must remain separate. The Justice Court was intended to be an independent branch of government, ensuring every citizen receives a neutral and unbiased hearing. By maintaining this critical boundary, we protect the integrity of our courts and ensure that justice is never a foregone conclusion, but a fair process for all.
Unbiased Perspective
Self-Funded and Beholden Only to the Law
I refuse to accept money from outside donors, special interests, or political insiders. By self-funding my campaign, I strive for a courtroom where the only influence is the law, not a "Good Old Boy" system or campaign favors. This independence is vital to ensure that every neighbor enters the courtroom on a level playing field, free from the shadow of backroom politics.
A Voice for Every Neighbor
Respecting the Human Condition on the Bench
I believe every citizen should be treated as an equal, not as "less fortunate." The court should be accessible, transparent, and respectful, treating every person who walks through the door as a neighbor rather than a case number. A courtroom should not be an intimidating barrier, but a place where every individual is heard with dignity and treated with the fundamental respect they deserve.
